Job Summary: Work in the Maintenance area, performing lubrication, repairs, adjustments, and improvements on machines and processes, including corrective and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment. 2. Participate in the execution of machine improvement and renovation projects. 3. Work in a manufacturing industry with a focus on mechanical and electromechanical systems. **Description:** Work in the Maintenance area, lubricating, repairing, adjusting, and implementing improvements to machines and processes. **Responsibilities and Duties:** Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, issuing a Service Order (SO) when parts or components are missing, always using the specific checklist for each machine / equipment / installation. Perform machine setups. Perform necessary machine adjustments (humidity, solution, hole, plug, stake, corrugation, mandrel, and packaging machines). Perform basic operations on machine tools (lathe, milling machine, and drill press). Inspect and review mandrels whenever necessary. Assist in identifying failures and work on executing required repairs. Read and interpret technical drawings. Participate in the execution of machine improvement and renovation projects. Report recurring and/or critical issues to the immediate supervisor. Respond to all open Service Orders (SOs) across company demands. Maintain the department clean and organized (5S), taking care of personal tools. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Currently pursuing a Technical Course in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering. Experience in manufacturing industry. Knowledge of Metrology, Technical Drawing, and machine tools is desirable.
