Ensures site organization and workflow efficiency The General Services Assistant in construction, also known as a Construction Laborer, is the professional who provides essential support to the team by performing manual tasks such as loading/unloading materials, preparing the construction site, cleaning tools and the work area, and assisting electricians and plumbers—ensuring site organization and workflow efficiency while always adhering to safety regulations and using PPE; this role functions as an all-rounder for daily operations on the construction site.
