Then check out the opportunity below!** **What We Are Looking For:** We are seeking professionals to deliver customer service, ensuring a human-centered and excellent experience! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle customer and accredited network inquiries via phone, e-mail, chat, and WhatsApp * Clarify questions regarding plans, coverage, waiting periods, and services * Record interactions and route requests to the responsible departments * Issue, cancel, and revalidate authorizations (passwords) * Provide support for requests, complaints, suggestions, and compliments * Proactively contact customers for guidance, surveys, and follow-up on requests * Update systems and maintain interaction history * Perform other related and inherent professional activities as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor, where applicable. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Computer literacy; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Experience in customer service; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Proactivity and teamwork; * Availability for a rotating 6×1 schedule (Monday through Saturday). **Available Shifts:** **** **7:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday** **1:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM** **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Parking allowance * Transportation voucher * Pharmacy allowance * Training program * Life insurance * Meal voucher At **Unimed Campinas**, we are united by the same purpose: delivering health care with excellence and care for everyone.
