




Rio Hotel by Bourbon Campinas (RHVCP) is seeking a dedicated and gastronomy-passionate professional to fill the position of Kitchen Assistant on our team. Responsibilities: * Support the Executive Chef and other cooks in daily food preparation activities; * Perform food pre-preparation, assisting with cleaning, cutting, and organizing ingredients; * Set up and dismantle kitchen stations, following chefs’ instructions; * Carry out cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment, and work areas, adhering to safety and hygiene standards; * Assist in inventory control, ensuring proper organization and restocking of supplies; * Comply with company-established rules and procedures, guaranteeing service quality and standards. Skills: * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant will be considered an advantage; * Basic knowledge of food pre-preparation and preparation techniques; * Ability to follow instructions and guidelines accurately and efficiently; * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Agility and organizational skills in performing tasks; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
