Job Summary: The apprentice will support product registration, assist in information collection and verification, and provide support to internal departments, developing organizational and logical reasoning skills. Participation in Training and Professional Development Description: * Youth aged 16 to under 24 who are currently enrolled in high school and/or higher education. * Complete the company-defined Vocational Training Course during the contract period. * Interpersonal skills * Initiative * Willingness to learn * Ability to assimilate new work methods * Communication Main Responsibilities: * Product Registration Support * Assist in collecting and verifying product information (description, EAN, brand, unit, weight, packaging, NCM, etc.). * Support the inclusion and updating of products in the ERP system under supervision. * Organize and update spreadsheets for registration control and internal requests. * Internal Department Support * Provide support to the Procurement and Sales teams in opening new registrations. * Assist the Tax Department in verifying NCM codes and basic tax classifications. * Support Pricing and Category Management in verifying parameters (weight, volume, shelf life, sales type). * Control and Organization * Maintain organized files and databases. * Monitor the status of pending registrations. * Assist in reviewing outdated or inactive registrations. * Learning and Development * Participate in training on registration processes, taxation, and systems. * Develop verification skills, attention to detail, and logical reasoning. 251212020250124788
