The warehouse assistant is responsible for the manual handling of products within the warehouse, ensuring compliance with handling standards aimed at preserving product quality and ensuring safety for themselves and others. Morning Shift: Start of activities with a focus on Safety \- Receiving goods and restocking the warehouse \- Preparing loads for dispatch during the following shift \- Cleaning and organizing the area after receiving goods \- Repackaging products as required. Afternoon Shift: Start of activities with a focus on Safety \- Continuation of Morning Shift activities \- Dispatching loads for deliveries at the end of the day \- Reorganizing containers and supporting the logistics team \- Reinforcing safety practices and quality control \- Supporting maintenance of warehouse organization. Night Shift: Start of activities with a focus on Safety \- Responsible for supporting agile, safe, and organized vehicle loading during the night shift, ensuring productivity, product quality, and customer satisfaction \- Building loads on pallets according to customer orders \- Focus on cleaning, maintenance, and preparing the warehouse for the next day \- Support and reorganization activities for materials \- Collaborate in seeking process improvements by suggesting strategies that increase productivity, quality, and safety during the night shift. Responsibilities: Organization and Maintenance: Clean, organize, and arrange products and assets according to the defined layout; Safeguard company property (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities); Product Handling and Movement: Perform product picking and loading according to issued invoices and instructions in the unit’s warehouse management application; Verify load volumes, coordinating with the Team Leader or checker to ensure compliance; Report anomalies or discrepancies identified during loading (e.g., damages, missing items, damaged packaging); Verify load volumes, coordinating with the Team Leader or checker to ensure compliance; Operate pallet jacks and other operational equipment safely.
