Description
**Responsibilities**
* Monitor and manage import processes (maritime, air, and road) from purchase order issuance through customs clearance
* Issue and verify import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, AWB, Import Licenses, among others)
* Serve as the interface with customs brokers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and international suppliers
* Monitor process progress and timelines (*transit time*), ensuring adherence to supply schedules
* Review and approve freight, warehousing, stevedoring, and customs service invoices
* Identify opportunities for cost reduction and optimization in import logistics processes
* Maintain updated and monitored import KPIs (such as *Lead Time* and on-time delivery)
* Document processes and standardize foreign trade routines
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields
* Experience in import operations, customs clearance, and *follow\-up*
* Knowledge of Brazilian customs legislation and tax classification (NCM)
* Intermediate/advanced English for negotiation and communication with international suppliers
* Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
Compensation: R$4\.000,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month
