Responsibilities: * Provide generalist support for HR department needs; * Attend to and support employees; * Support recruitment and selection processes for strategic positions; * Assist with onboarding, integration, and employee follow-up; * Support training, development, and organizational climate initiatives; * Monitor controls, metrics, and internal departmental processes; * Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations; * Perform related tasks as requested by leadership. Requirements for this role: * Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Prior experience in generalist HR routines; * Experience in recruitment and selection for strategic and operational roles is a plus; * Experience in transportation, logistics, or charter services is desirable.
