If you have experience in logistics, strong leadership skills, and a focus on results, this opportunity may be right for you. **Salary: R$ 5\.121,45** **Location: Campinas \- SP** **Employment Type: Full-time \| CLT** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 32.50 per day * Food allowance of R$ 200.00 per month * Transportation allowance paid directly into your bank account * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Annual profit-sharing program (PLR) **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:48 PM **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise transportation and distribution operations * Monitor route planning, delivery deadlines, and operational performance * Lead and support the operational team * Ensure compliance with departmental processes, KPIs, and targets * Interface with customers and other company departments to align operations **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in transportation and distribution operations * Experience managing operational teams * Knowledge of route planning and delivery tracking * Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets * Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS, ERP, or similar) * Availability to work the stated schedule (Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:48 PM) **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of transportation risk management * Experience in freight forwarding or logistics companies * Intermediate Excel skills (KPI tracking, reporting, analysis) * Knowledge of continuous improvement processes Compensation: Up to R$5\.121,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
