Interact with the company’s technical departments (Corporate University, Engineering, Field TST, among others), suggesting, under supervision, improvements and presenting basic indicators to support more accurate decision-making and personal technical development. Under supervision, monitor the qualitative analysis of the Preliminary Risk Assessment (PRA), ensuring its completion is accurate and consistent with performed activities, contributing to effective identification and control of operational risks. Under guidance, conduct qualitative analysis to ensure adherence to the five safety steps (Plan, Use, Test, Signalize, Ground) in operational activities, guaranteeing compliance with fundamental safety procedures. Stay updated on changes to internal regulations, using available resources and under supervision, to technically substantiate analyses and contribute to team development. Work under direct supervision of Full and Senior Safety Technicians and the COSEG Coordinator, seeking guidance for correct task execution and continuous technical development. Participate in developing and monitoring the production of informative and educational materials based on conducted analyses, contributing to knowledge dissemination during Daily Safety Dynamics (DDS) at respective locations, validating and refining such materials under supervision. Under guidance, participate in COSEG activities outlined in the Specific Safety Plan (SSP) and local CPFL Group initiatives, such as the “Mutirão do Bem” (Goodwill Campaign) and camera deployment, supporting improvements in operational safety conditions. Monitor risk conditions and, under supervision, advise support areas and colleagues to effectively eliminate and/or control risks associated with activities within your scope, ensuring workplace safety.
