Job Summary: An EHS professional responsible for inspections, risk identification, incident investigation, safety audit implementation, and training support. Key Highlights: 1. Managing safety activities and regulatory compliance **Your Responsibilities** * Conduct periodic inspections of areas, equipment, and processes to identify EHS risks and ensure compliance with legislation and corporate standards. * Identify hazards, investigate accidents/incidents, and issue detailed reports. Recommend and track corrective and preventive actions. * Apply behavioral safety audit tools to identify unsafe acts and conditions, promoting best practices through field observations and feedback. * Support mandatory training programs (e.g., onboarding, PPE, Emergency Response Team), develop educational materials, and assist in strengthening the local safety culture. * Monitor approval, distribution, training, and legal documentation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Assist CIPA processes (e.g., elections, meetings) and manage contractor safety activities, including document review, field inspections, and legal compliance verification. * Issue and monitor permits for high-risk activities (e.g., Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, Line Breaking). * Monitor civil and industrial construction activities to ensure safety measures and regulatory compliance. * Support regulatory updates and utilize digital tools (Excel, SharePoint, Internal Systems) to track EHS performance indicators. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety (mandatory). * Minimum 2 years of EHS experience, preferably in large-scale industrial environments. * Knowledge of occupational safety and environmental regulations (NRs). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and corporate EHS systems.
