Opportunity to impact lives within a growing educational network We seek a Classroom Assistant to support classroom management for Early Childhood and Elementary I levels, contributing to unit routine organization, student monitoring, and compliance with institutional policies of Rede Decisão. The professional will be responsible for supporting coordination and leadership in operational and administrative activities, recording data in the school management system, attending to students and guardians, monitoring arrival, break, and dismissal procedures, and ensuring safety, organization, and quality of the school environment. Ethical conduct, discipline in adhering to routines and deadlines, collaborative teamwork, and alignment with Rede’s values are expected. Today, we already have: * **\+1\.400 employees** * **650 teachers** * **11\.200 students** * **Present in São Paulo, Campinas, and Minas Gerais** **** \#JoinTheNetwork! **Responsibilities and Duties** We seek an **organized, responsible, and student-focused individual** to support pedagogical coordination in daily school routines and student care. **Main Activities:** * Monitor student **arrival, break, and dismissal**, providing guidance on uniform, conduct, and rules; * Support coordination and leadership with **phone calls, messages, authorizations, and attendance**; * Record health incidents, tardiness, absences, early departures, disciplinary matters, and assessments in the **school management system**; * Support organization, administration, and logistics of **internal and external assessments, tests, and mock exams**; * Contact **guardians** when necessary; * Assist in organizing **study groups, events, and meetings**; * Support students in health and well-being situations; * Maintain organization of environments, bulletin boards, and **lost-and-found items**; * Occasionally assist with **short-term teacher substitutions**; * Provide classroom assistance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Experience and Knowledge** * Students or graduates in Pedagogy. * Prior experience in school settings or administrative roles within education. * Familiarity with school routines and use of administrative systems or tools. **Knowledge and Competencies That Are Preferred** * Experience in teamwork and school management support. * Completed degree in Pedagogy.
