Job Summary: Opportunity for a Construction Assistant at a road construction site, focused on cleaning, material handling, and supporting teams. Key Highlights: 1. Development of skills such as teamwork and organization #### **Responsibilities** * Perform cleaning and organization of the construction site, including removal of debris and waste. * Assist in handling and transporting construction materials such as sand, gravel, cement, and tools. * Support machine operators and masons in their tasks by providing required materials and equipment. * Prepare mortar and concrete following instructions and proportions specified by supervisors. * Ensure workplace safety by correctly using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Collaborate in assembling and dismantling temporary structures such as scaffolding and safety barriers. * Carry out minor maintenance and repair tasks on site infrastructure as directed. #### **Requirements** * Completed elementary education or proven experience in similar activities. * Prior experience (minimum 1 year) on construction sites, preferably in road infrastructure projects. * Basic knowledge of handling civil construction tools and equipment. * Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team. * Availability to work different shifts and overtime, if required. * Physical fitness to perform tasks requiring physical effort and manual handling of loads. * Familiarity with basic occupational safety regulations and correct use of PPEs. #### **Skills** * Handling of hand tools * Material transportation * Mortar preparation * Site cleaning * Teamwork * Basic safety awareness * Organization ### **Employment Type:** Contractor (PJ) ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OPERATIONAL
