**Responsibilities:** * Monitor construction project measurements, including tracking work hours and equipment usage. * Perform various registrations at the beginning of each project, ensuring proper execution and updating of measurement spreadsheets and reports. * Track employee locations at work sites and anticipate needs related to traveling operators. * Calculate travel expenses, manage leave schedules, and handle employee-related data management per project. * Create and maintain updated managerial spreadsheets and reports involving personnel and productivity data by project. **Requirements:** * **Completed High School** (technical or higher education preferred). * Intermediate knowledge of **Microsoft Office, especially Excel**. * Good communication and organizational skills. * Proactive profile with attention to detail.
