Responsibilities and duties: * Beverage preparation: create and prepare cocktails and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to house standards and customer preferences. * Interact in a friendly and professional manner with customers, addressing their requests and offering suggestions when necessary. * Be familiar with all types of beverages served—including wines, beers, spirits, and liqueurs—to provide detailed information to customers. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards. * Monitor and manage beverage and ingredient inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure continuous availability. * Collaborate with bar and kitchen teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service. Requirements and qualifications: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience as a Bartender or in similar roles. * Solid knowledge of cocktail and beverage preparation techniques. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and coworkers. * Proficiency in English, Spanish, or other languages is considered an advantage.
