Conducts salary analyses, market research, job evaluations, and develops compensation, career, and succession policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and organizational best practices. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields. Solid experience in compensation, job evaluation, and salary administration. Experience with job evaluation methodologies and salary structure development. Experience with salary surveys and market analysis. Intermediate Excel proficiency and data analysis skills. **Notes:** This is a fixed-term position for 6 months.
