We are expanding our franchises and strengthening our capabilities. **Job Description** * Identification of key machine components; * Identification of molds and their components; * Verification of production processes and product conditions; * Correct interpretation and completion of technical and quality documentation; * Injection process control; * Mold changes, maintenance, and removal from machines; * Replenishment of raw materials; * Conducting trial runs jointly with other technicians; * Control and optimization of the injection cycle; * Participation in daily meetings with the operations department and other departments; * Defect identification and resolution for injection-molded parts; * Continuity of production orders, including machine release authorization via the system; * Mold cleaning and lubrication; * Compliance with regulatory requirements; * Compliance with company standards, training, and procedures; * Identification of workplace hazards. **Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Vocational technical education specializing in plastic injection **Desirable:** * Knowledge of process parameters: temperatures, pressures, speeds, positions, and times. * Knowledge of additives. * Competencies related to technical drawing interpretation; * Setup **Additional Information** Our Recruitment Process We believe in a transparent and straightforward recruitment process to ensure an excellent fit for both you and our team.
