We are expanding our franchises and strengthening our capabilities. **Job Description** We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Junior Feeding Operator - Injection to join our team in Jaguariúna, Brazil. In this entry-level role, you will support our injection molding operations and contribute to the efficiency of our supply chain processes. * Assist in daily operations of the injection molding department * Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods * Prepare and organize materials for production * Operate and monitor injection molding machines under supervision * Perform basic quality checks on finished products * Accurately and efficiently enter data into inventory management systems * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow * Maintain a clean and organized work area * Follow all safety protocols and procedures * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * 0 to 2 years of experience in manufacturing or related field * Basic knowledge of injection molding processes * Understanding of supply chain operations * Proficiency in using inventory management software * Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Basic math skills for inventory calculations * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Good communication and teamwork skills * Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 kg * Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies * Technical certification in injection molding or supply chain management is a plus **Additional Information** Our Recruitment Process We believe in a transparent and straightforward recruitment process to ensure a great fit for you and our team.
