We are expanding our franchises and strengthening our capabilities. **Job Description** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Adjust factory machines and equipment. * Identify parts, components, and accessories for management purposes. * Request parts via maintenance management software. * Open and close maintenance tickets via maintenance management software. * Participate in periodic meetings to support activity development. * Assist in updating documents relevant to the area of operation. * Clean and organize the work area (5S). * Attend periodic meetings, planning, and monitoring of maintenance activities. * Support coordination of service providers/third parties regarding access to areas and work authorization. * Align maintenance shutdown windows and communicate priorities and pending items. * Comply with regulatory agency requirements; * Comply with company standards, training, and procedures; **Qualifications** * Technical secondary education in electromechanics; technicians in mechanics, electricity, or electronics are also eligible, provided they possess foundational knowledge in complementary disciplines. * NR10 and NR35 certifications (up-to-date). * Electrical control systems. * Electrical drives. * Industrial pneumatic automation. * Industrial mechanical maintenance. * Adjustment of industrial machines and equipment. **Skills** * Experience in industrial electronics. * Experience in installation and parameterization of frequency inverters. * Knowledge of TPM—Total Productive Maintenance. * Knowledge of industrial hydraulic automation (basic level). * Strong interpersonal skills. * Teamwork orientation. * Understanding of hierarchical structure. * Strong sense of ownership. * Effective communication skills. * Customer-oriented mindset. **Additional Information** Our Recruitment Process We believe in a transparent and straightforward recruitment process to ensure an excellent fit for both you and our team.
