We are looking for a professional to join our IT team, who will be responsible for analyzing, specifying, implementing, and supporting information systems, working on projects of medium complexity. The candidate will work closely with users and developers to ensure that solutions meet business needs. **ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** · Gather information through interviews with end clients and development managers in order to define processes to be used in the creation of systems and applications; · Prepare easy-to-understand documentation for systems and applications; · Design information flow diagrams and inventory software and hardware, identifying all tools required for project development; · Issue technical assessments regarding system and application development when necessary; · Produce all necessary documentation related to service levels, capacity, performance, and available solutions, disseminating this information to relevant departments; · Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, as well as prepare technical specifications, verifying project viability; · Develop computerized systems by gathering data and studying inherent business rules, defining system requirements and functionalities, forecasting growth rates, evaluating physical implementation alternatives, and building system prototypes; · Perform audits and monitor system and application performance, identifying and fixing errors and executing improvement procedures; · Manage network resources, databases, and operational environments, administering access profiles to information, data, and resources to prevent information conflicts; · Guide support teams in consulting technical documentation and alternative information sources, simulating problems in controlled environments when necessary or requesting external support; **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Experience in programming languages: Python, html, css, javascript, Typescript, c\#, html, scss \- Frameworks: django, bootstrap, jquery, Angular, tailwind, dotnet, asp.net \- Databases: postgresql, Oracle; knowledge of DEVSEC is a plus. \- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
