




Job Description: Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields; * Experience in technical assistance, maintenance, or field service within the industrial machinery sector; * Experience managing technical teams; * Technical knowledge in mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics; * Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical/electronic technical documentation; * Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and automation systems; * ERP systems; * Advanced English proficiency. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with packaging machinery or similar equipment: maintenance, installation, or operation of equipment such as filling lines, packaging machines, labeling machines, etc.; * Intermediate Spanish proficiency. Responsibilities: * Lead the field technical team: plan installation, maintenance, repair, and support for packaging machinery; train and monitor performance; * Plan and coordinate service logistics: scheduling, resources (tools and spare parts), routes, and travel optimization; * Ensure service quality: technical supervision, solution-oriented focus, and SLA compliance; * Act strategically: analyze maintenance reports and provide field insights to internal departments such as Engineering/After-Sales; * Financial and contract management: service budgeting, contract administration, and logistical cost control; * Customer relationship management: ongoing communication, progress reporting, and customer satisfaction-focused engagement. 2512140202201862757
