Our specialty is diagnostic medicine, and our purpose is to respect and care for lives. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor the billing process for health insurance plans served by the clinic; * Monitor and validate claim denial processes, ensuring receipt of all due items; * Manage the team to ensure operational efficiency; * Monitor, test, validate, and review processes being implemented in the new TASY system; * Ensure proper functioning of billing automation; * Track departmental performance indicators, implementing adjustments as needed to maintain alignment with expectations; * Maintain close relationships with health insurance providers and partners to expedite operational interactions between companies. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience in team management; * Experience in medical billing and claim denial monitoring; * Degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * **Experience with the TASY system is desirable.** * **Advanced Excel proficiency is desirable.** **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Meal voucher, Food allowance, Health insurance, Dental insurance, and Total Pass. **Employment Type:** CLT employment contract, with on-site work. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM With 30 years of market presence, the **Diagmed Group** has built its history upon pioneering spirit and perseverance.
