Job Summary: Responsible for optimizing and automating processes in the ERP Protheus system, ensuring data integration and continuous improvement of internal systems, as well as managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure. Demand analysis and project development **V12 Consulting** is supporting our client—a well-established industrial company headquartered in **Morungaba/SP**, recognized for product quality and commitment to innovation. **Job Description (On-site):** Responsible for optimizing and automating processes in the ERP Protheus system, ensuring data integration and continuous improvement of internal systems. Also responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s technology infrastructure (network, servers, and devices). · Development and Projects: Analyze requirements from various departments, gather specifications, and translate business needs into structured projects, including testing, validation, and deployment. · ERP Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve Protheus functionality to automate processes in Tax, Accounting, and HR departments. · Support and Maintenance: Ensure full operational functionality of computers, servers, network, telephony, printers, surveillance cameras, and software. · User Support: Provide technical assistance to employees, guiding them on correct usage of tools and systems. · Technical Organization: Maintain equipment condition and ensure orderly IT environment management. **Technical Requirements** · **ADVPL Language: Proficiency in customizations for TOTVS Protheus.** · Database: SQL knowledge for queries and maintenance. · Integrations: Familiarity with JSON and APIs. · Business Intelligence: Proficiency in Power BI (Microsoft) for indicator generation. · Infrastructure: Experience with networks, servers, and general hardware.
