Manufacturing and repairing parts, including prototypes **About the Opportunity** You will operate machines and tools to manufacture materials and components used in assembling electronic equipment, under guidance and supervision from leadership. Your duties include machining, stamping, drilling/tapping/milling, adjustments, maintenance, assembly/disassembly, sanding/sawing, inspections, and data entry into systems—all performed strictly in accordance with Work Instructions and quality and safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Machine and mill parts and components under supervision, according to production orders and instructions. * Fabricate tools and fixtures under supervision to improve processes and support device assembly (intermediate products). * Repair parts and fabricate prototypes under supervision, according to PD specifications. * Inspect manufactured parts per Work Instructions (WIs), implement corrections, and report to supervisors when necessary. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on departmental machines and equipment. * Carry out stamping of steels, silicone profiles, and plastics. * Operate injection molding machines to produce plastic parts. * Assemble and finish manufactured parts (deburring, sanding, assembly/adjustment). * Enter manufacturing time, quantity of parts, and executed processes into the system. * Maintain physical organization of the area (5S), adhering to established safety and quality standards. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with milling machines and lathes (conventional; CNC is a plus), presses/stamping, and plastic injection molding machines. * Experience in preventive/corrective maintenance of machines and in manufacturing fixtures/tools. * Knowledge of engineering drawing interpretation and intermediate metrology; practical application of 5S principles.
