Customs Broker Tradeworks is seeking a Customs Broker to work in the Itapoá/SC region, supporting import and export processes at terminals, with approving authorities, and other stakeholders in the logistics chain. We seek a professional with practical experience in customs routines, a dynamic profile, and strong operational monitoring capability. Responsibilities * Verify cargo presence; * Monitor and act to resolve discrepancies arising during cargo berthing; * Conduct inquiries with MAPA and other approving authorities; * Handle cargo clearance with customs and competent authorities; * Collect original documents from freight agents, when necessary; * Issue ICMS and/or exemption documents as required by state regulations; * Coordinate with insurance companies during inspections, where applicable; * Perform process verification for procedures configured in the verification channel; * Issue storage fee invoices to terminals; * Prepare documentation packages for terminal registration; * Deliver documentation to transport companies; * Conduct operational follow-up with the Tradeworks team; * Submit operational billing to the Campinas unit; * Provide original export documentation when required; * Perform consular legalization of export documents; * Support other activities related to cargo clearance and pickup. Requirements * Active Customs Broker registration; * Experience in import and export customs procedures; * Exposure to atypical processes and port operational routines; * Knowledge of coordination with approving authorities; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Agility and sense of urgency; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
