Join us as an **Operations Supervisor** at one of the companies within the *Splice Group* * Plan, control, and execute operational services for operational teams; * Supervise teams and fleets, and monitor employee performance in operational control areas; * Develop action plans to fulfill service orders (OS); * Guide teams to deliver services effectively and with high quality, reducing repeat service calls and minimizing travel costs; * Open and close services in MOB2B; * Train teams; * Provide remote and on-site support to teams; * Monitor field activities and operational points, as well as third-party service providers operating on roadways; * Supervise teams performing measurements, traffic signal assessments, and traffic violation testing; * Conduct interviews for recruitment processes and fill open positions; * Monitor equipment service orders (OS), repeat service calls, and deadlines; * Monitor fleet maintenance (preventive and corrective); * Develop operational procedures and improvements; monitor team departures from and returns to base; maintain field equipment. * Completed high school education; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Valid NR-35 certification; * Driver’s license category B; category C preferred; * Preferred: technical or vocational training in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
