We want to get to know you! **JOIN US AND GROW TOGETHER!** #### **Main responsibilities:** Lead process improvement projects across any department, applying the Koch Improvement Methodology, ensuring goals and deadlines are met through routine follow-up and validation involving all stakeholders. Validate SGP information to ensure compliance with established standards and data requirements, generating the file and uploading it to the SGP and/or returning it to the responsible party for correction. Develop training pathways and conduct in-person or online training sessions, including reaction assessments and adjustments based on results, with support from the Training & Development (T&D) team. Support management of departmental process KPIs by monitoring and tracking them, providing management with action plans and/or monitoring alerts to achieve internal objectives. Conduct technical visits to organizational units according to the established schedule, aiming to monitor deliverables/metrics and agreed-upon actions with the area manager and other involved parties. Support activities related to PEK (Koch’s Strategic Planning).
