Job Summary: The Junior IT Infrastructure and Database Analyst will provide support, administration, and improvement of the company's technological environment, ensuring stability and security. Will handle incident resolution and support improvement projects. **Job Description:** ---------------------- The Junior IT Infrastructure and Database Analyst will support, administer, and improve the company's technological environment, working directly with servers, networks, databases, and security solutions to ensure operational stability, performance, and security. Key responsibilities: \- Support administration and maintenance of physical and virtual servers; \- Assist in managing network infrastructure (switches, routers, and Wi\-Fi); \- Provide support for firewall configuration and monitoring, as well as security policies; \- Support maintaining data security, availability, and performance; \- Perform backup and restore routines, and assist in database access management; \- Assist in installation, configuration, and updating of database management systems (DBMS), such as Oracle and SQL Server; \- Support basic performance analysis and query optimization; \- Monitor the IT environment, identifying and resolving incidents; \- Support infrastructure improvement and expansion projects; \- Document procedures and environment configurations; \- Handle technical service requests of low to medium complexity. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Networking, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking; * Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux server administration; * Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL); * Familiarity with information security concepts. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in infrastructure or database areas; * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V, or similar); * Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Entry-level certifications will be considered a plus (e.g., ITIL, Network\+, AZ\-900); * Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Medical and Dental Plan.
