Teamwork to achieve goals **INSURANCE AGENT (LIFE)** **Job Code:** 3080 RhMais Talentos, in partnership with an insurance brokerage and health plan company, is hiring. **City:** Campinas/SP **Salary:** 2,300.00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance; Meal voucher; Life insurance; Career development plan; Health insurance; Dental insurance; Commission (minimum R$ 1.000,00). **Responsibilities:** **Provide customer service to individual clients;** Conduct cross-selling and prospect new customers; **Prepare insurance quotations;** Operate internal systems and brokerage platforms; **Support customers during the contract process;** Collaborate with the team to achieve goals. **Requirements:** **Reside in Campinas/SP, with easy access to Cambuí;** Completed high school education. A college degree or technical course in Administration, Communications, or related fields is a plus; **Experience in customer service and/or sales. Experience in insurance is a plus;** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic); **Negotiation and customer relationship skills;** Communicative, proactive, and goal-oriented profile; **Note:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break) Compensation: R$1.518,00 – R$2.300,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
