Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure Analyst to operate and maintain air-conditioning systems, BMS, building automation systems, electrical panels, and data center support equipment. Here at Ascenty, we are looking for an **Infrastructure Analyst** to join our team and make a difference! * **Education:** Completed High School / Completed Technical Education * **Certifications:** NR 10 and NR 35 * **Languages:** Basic English preferred * **Work Schedule:** 12x36 shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM * **Code:** AN.INFRA **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate and perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on air-conditioning installations and mechanical support equipment for data centers; * Operate and maintain BMS and building automation systems; * Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on electrical panels; operate large-capacity generators; possess knowledge of UPS, ATS, STS, and substations; * Execute activations and relocations within electrical installations and electrical support equipment for data centers; * Monitor and supervise third-party operators during maintenance and inspections; * Prepare service reports manually or via electronic management tools; * Escalate incidents according to alarm severity and open tickets in electronic management tools. **Previous Experience:** * Practical experience and knowledge of operation and maintenance of Mission-Critical Sites / Data Centers; * Knowledge of low- and medium-voltage substation operations; * Familiarity with air-conditioning and refrigeration equipment (chillers, fan coils, self-contained units, split systems, centrifugal units, fans, pumps, etc.); * Preventive/corrective maintenance of electrical distribution boards; * Advanced proficiency in computer resources, including Microsoft Office suite Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Dental care * Medical care * Profit-sharing program * Fuel allowance * Transportation voucher * Meal voucher * Food allowance
