Collaboration in documenting post-mortems and corrective actions We are seeking a developer to join the support team of a rapidly expanding foodservice company. You will be responsible for maintaining critical systems with stability and high availability, acting directly on the front line during incidents and crises. This is a role for someone who enjoys solving real problems, works well under pressure, and possesses a sharp investigative mindset. **Key Responsibilities:** Ensure system stability and availability in production, serving as the focal point during incidents or crises; Investigate, diagnose, and fix bugs and failures in production environments swiftly and accurately; Collaborate with product and development teams to document post-mortems and implement lasting corrective actions; Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for incidents, integrations, and critical workflows. **Requirements:** **Technical Requirements:** Node.js TypeScript React / React Native Next.js MongoDB RabbitMQ Android experience JavaScript **Desirable:** **Additional Valued Skills:** Kotlin, Delphi, C#, observability (Datadog), Docker, CI/CD, and foundational knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS).
