Updating of dashboards and operational reports. **Join CPFL Group and Accelerate Your Career!** **Operational Efficiency and Optimization Analyst - Pl** **Company:** CPFL Paulista – A company of the CPFL Group **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Campinas – SP **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Power BI required; * Proficiency in SQL required; * Proficiency in advanced data analysis and modeling tools (Alteryx, Python, etc.) required; * Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite desirable; * Knowledge of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Management and Operational Efficiency desirable; * Availability to work 100% on-site in Campinas\-SP. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure analysis, collection, processing, and correlation of operational and commercial data using analytical tools and data modeling techniques to build a reliable and dynamic foundation supporting report generation, KPI tracking, and identification of operational process deviations; * Implement, monitor, and enhance operational process automation algorithms by applying programming logic and system integration, aiming to increase efficiency, reduce rework, and standardize critical operational routines; * Update dashboards and operational reports using Business Intelligence (BI) tools, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and availability of information for decision-making; * Adjust internal processes upon identifying improvement opportunities, mapping workflows, proposing solutions, and implementing changes—with emphasis on standardization, automation, and simplification of operational activities; * Update and organize operational workflows, manuals, and procedures, structuring and maintaining documentation in accessible repositories to ensure standardization, traceability, and operational continuity; * Attend meetings and activities related to IT department deliverables, leading requirements gathering, recording requests, and managing deadlines to ensure alignment between operational needs and developed technological solutions; * Provide support to end-user departments by clarifying operational questions, logging requests in ticketing systems, and tracking resolution to ensure necessary technical support for proper use of tools and processes. **What We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * 6-month maternity leave and 20-day paternity leave; * Childcare Assistance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life Insurance; * "Fale Comigo" Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service offering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **About Us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
