PS4 Possibly Unlockable + Controller (Defective)

PS4 Slim 500 GB had been idle for several months, but suddenly stopped powering on. I attempted some replacements on the power board and power supply, but without success. It is highly likely that the console can be unlocked if repaired. The optical drive has also been replaced; I believe it is not functioning. Note: The controller is also defective—missing the micro-USB flat cable—and contains another unusual board inside, yet it remains original!
