Here, you will find a technically rigorous, collaborative environment focused on professional development. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform routine operational tasks at the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), adhering to established standards and technical guidelines * Monitor effluent parameters (e.g., pH, temperature, turbidity, etc.) * Conduct operational, physicochemical, and microbiological analyses * Dose chemical products as required by the process * Operate equipment (e.g., pumps, filters, centrifuges, and automated systems) * Complete worksheets, reports, and operational records * Manage inventory and consumption of chemical products * Perform basic cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities * Verify equipment functionality and report malfunctions * Support plant management and achievement of operational targets * Coordinate with external laboratories and third-party service providers * Accompany audits and inspections by regulatory agencies * Perform periodic verification and calibration of equipment * Manage solid waste * Assist in minor operational repairs * Support truck loading/unloading operations (if certified) * Read water meters and monitor wells * Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations **Technical Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Technical or higher education degree in **Chemistry, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering**, or related fields (preferred) * Prior experience in **water and/or wastewater treatment** **Behavioral Requirements:** * Verbal communication skills * Interpersonal relationship skills * Teamwork * Organization and discipline * Attention to detail * Commitment * Adaptability **Salary:** **Salary:** BRL 2\.060,44 \+ **40%** insalubridade allowance based on the minimum wage**, totaling BRL 2\.708,83** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance – BRL 241.53/month; * On-site meals; * Optional dental plan; * Transportation allowance – BRL 29.16/day (tax-free); * **Clude** Health Assistance – digital medical services; * Corporate university offering 200+ courses; * Comprehensive performance evaluation platform; * Career development and professional growth plan; * **TotalPass**; * Scholarships covering at least 50% of tuition for undergraduate and graduate programs at Universidade São Judas and Anhembi Morumbi.
