Responding to inquiries regarding factory and construction project plans Description: Essential: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning, from the 3rd semester onward; Availability to work 30 hours per week; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced Excel skills; AutoCAD. * Assist in monitoring project deliverables for residential units destined for the Factory and Alea construction sites, ensuring adherence to scheduled deadlines; * Support critical analysis of project plans to drive continuous improvement; * Assist in hiring project designers to align expectations for each project; * Support responding to inquiries regarding factory and construction project plans via site visits, phone calls, and email to ensure smooth progress; * Assist in developing residential unit documentation for bank financing approvals related to new project launches. 2512030202191898689
