At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow with confidence, security to advance, and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Senior Internship** Where you’ll work: Campinas Work model: On-site Company: Companhia Paulista de Força e Luz \- A company of the CPFL Energia Group Area of Activity: Billing Quality Coordination **Prerequisites:** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Systems Analysis, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Availability to work 100% on-site in Campinas. * Intermediate Excel proficiency required. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Extract billing data from corporate systems (SAP CCS and SAP ECC); * Update and process extracted data for KPI control feeds, using tools such as Excel, Python, and BI; * Update managerial materials and reports for performance tracking and analysis; * Maintain up-to-date billing documentation in the GED system, ensuring information integrity, compliance with publication deadlines, and internal user access; * Register and deregister customers in the social benefit program (low-income); * Support revenue account reconciliation activities, including identifying inconsistencies and recommending corrections to system data loads; * Support PDCA cycles, contributing to the continuous improvement of commercial processes, with a focus on optimization, efficiency, and satisfaction of internal and external customers. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free and confidential telephone-based advisory service for psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn a bit about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and have a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in **power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.** Since 2017, the Group has been part of State Grid—the world’s largest electric power company—strengthening our growth strategy and leadership position in Brazil’s electric power sector.
