**OPENINGS:** (1\) **COMPANY:** CPFL Paulista **REQUIREMENTS:** Completion of Occupational Health and Safety Technician qualification required; Valid Class B driver's license required; Previous experience as an Occupational Health and Safety Technician required; Must currently hold a role as a Pl or Sr Occupational Health and Safety Technician; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, required; Experience in developing safety indicators required; Willingness to travel required; Experience with programming and Power BI is desirable; Experience in system development is desirable; Knowledge of ergonomics and occupational hygiene is desirable; Intermediate English proficiency is desirable. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Develop and execute actions related to accident prevention and employee health promotion through audits, inspections, monitoring in high-risk areas, training sessions, campaigns, lectures, etc., advising and guiding managers, supervisors, and other employees on eliminating and/or controlling occupational risks, aiming to fulfill responsibilities defined under Ordinance 3214/78 and 3275/89 within the CPFL Group corporate scope; Support maintaining ISO 45001 certification by updating OHS systems, conducting audits, and guiding process managers and other employees in complying with internal and external standards and all applicable OHS legislation; Conduct inspections and monitoring activities with teams and facilities, auditing, supervising, and advising on compliance with technical and legal safety requirements, PPE, tools, equipment, and environmental safety conditions, among others; Develop content, deliver presentations, and monitor training programs focused on preventing personal losses (injuries and illnesses), material damage, and environmental incidents; Monitor the implementation of accident and occupational health damage prevention programs (PGR, PCMAT, PCA, others), periodically track preventive actions/measures, develop emergency response plans, guide fire brigade members, and coordinate simulation drills; Support CIPA in fulfilling its routine obligations and maintain updated records as required by the Ministry of Labor. Analyze work methods, processes, and new technologies, identifying risk factors and proposing their elimination or control measures to ensure satisfactory safety conditions; Support the development and homologation processes for PPE and engineering controls.
