




Job Summary: A professional responsible for developing relationships with customers, conducting field visits, and prospecting new business opportunities, ensuring product efficiency and field performance. Dissemination of knowledge and capacity building in the agricultural sector With the mission of staying close to farmers and transforming knowledge into innovation to address field challenges, Stoller—a Corteva Agriscience brand focused on biologicals, nutrition, plant physiology, and application technology—develops integrated solutions for plant performance and enables farmers to fully exploit the potential of their crops, achieving high productivity levels and building a more efficient agriculture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage relationships with direct-sale customers, distributors, and colleagues based on Stoller/Corteva Biologicals’ defined values; * Conduct periodic visits to distributors and end customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions following analysis; * Prospect new customers within the assigned region and ensure effective after-sales support, guaranteeing product efficiency and field performance; * Oversee the sales process: order placement, delivery planning within required timelines, and payment follow-up; * Establish demonstration plots, monitor crop development, applications, and harvest with excellence, and submit results to both the company and customers; * Disseminate knowledge through training initiatives targeting the distribution network, end users, and local influencers, aligned with Market Development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy (CREA registration must be active); * Valid driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel; * Experience serving distribution channels, cooperatives, and direct sales; * Experience with soybean, corn, sorghum, and bean crops. \#LI\-Remote Corteva Agriscience is an equal opportunity employer.
