Job Summary: Evolute is seeking a proactive Purchasing / Procurement Assistant to work in partnership with a cosmetics company, handling quotations, purchase order management, and strategic support. Seeks proactive professionals with strong communication and organizational skills. **Evolute**, in partnership with a **cosmetics industry company**, has an opening for a **Purchasing / Procurement Assistant**. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct quotations and support supplier negotiations; * Issue purchase orders and monitor delivery deadlines; * Support inventory control and material replenishment; * Enter invoices into the system; * Procure indirect materials (consumables, office supplies, maintenance items, etc.); * Update area registrations, controls, and reports; * Assist in identifying, evaluating, and qualifying new suppliers. **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail; * Proactive and collaborative profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience (including internships) in purchasing or administrative roles; * Knowledge of ERP systems.
