




**Fiscal Administrative Assistant** **Summary:** Responsible for the systematic validation and guidance to accredited parties regarding fiscal invoices issued in execution processes within the fleet maintenance management system. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct review and validation of fiscal invoices, considering client and accredited party data, assessing items, values, and taxation as specified in contracts and bidding documents; * Contact clients and accredited parties to adjust and correct processes and deadlines; * Receive documents and provide proper routing while meeting delivery deadlines; * Complete spreadsheets and documents as required; * Carry out activities in accordance with the company's values, policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information. **Education:** Technical diploma or ongoing degree in Accounting or Accounting Sciences. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate Office Suite knowledge Tax and fiscal knowledge Basic understanding of Integrated Systems **Behavioral Skills:** Concentration Persistence Organization Communication
