### **Internship position starting in January 2026!** **What will your day-to-day look like?** On a daily basis, you will work in the Operational Excellence area, supporting initiatives aimed at continuously improving the company’s production and administrative processes. This area is responsible for driving efficiency, eliminating waste, and strengthening the Lean culture across all operational areas. With this in mind, your mission here will include: * Supporting the execution of continuous improvement projects—from diagnosis through to solution implementation; * Mapping process flows, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimization actions; * Participating in performance indicator analyses (OEE, productivity, losses, etc.); * Monitoring and analyzing OEE data entries; * Monitoring and analyzing operational metrics; * Contributing to the standardization of routines, development of procedures, and Lean training; * Supporting the development of visual tools and performance reports for tracking results; * Actively promoting a culture of excellence by collaborating with partner departments to achieve efficiency and quality goals.
