We are proud to be part of Brazil's energy future! ***Want to evolve with us?*** **\#joincomgas** **Responsibilities and duties** Coordinate the operation and infrastructure of Comgás' Operational Control Center, managing the dispatch team for service orders and emergency calls, crisis and field operations support team, asset control room team monitoring essential variables, strategic projects, as well as controlling critical operational assets, ensuring compliance with service and operational safety standards, reporting incidents, guaranteeing business continuity and internal processes to enable safe gas supply to customers. Coordinate the area by planning and setting deadlines for task delivery, distributing and prioritizing team activities, defining activity schedules, and ensuring their adherence, guaranteeing work progress within established deadlines; Coordinate the Efficient Field Service Management project, enhancing the mobility system across all company processes, including emergency management, maintenance, construction, expansion, and registration, aiming to increase operational efficiency, reduce timelines and costs, improve quality, and provide an enhanced experience for teams and customers; Lead the Digital Transformation and Convergence project involving over 1,200 assets, ensuring operational safety, capturing process data, renewing and expanding telemetry and asset automation usage, increasing data availability and connectivity for comprehensive monitoring, thus providing safety, efficiency, and financial return; Coordinate the dispatch team for service orders to field emergency and technical assistance teams, providing support when necessary to ensure solid and consistent deliveries; Monitor the budget, ensuring goals and performance without impacting quality, safety, and technological advancements in the project area, as well as tracking project and order closures, approving measurements to ensure efficiency and governance of organizational resources. Ensure data availability and consistent operation of the distribution system, performing gas flow simulations on the network to define optimal operational strategies. Keep the team continuously updated and evolving technically and behaviorally through training, experience sharing, constant feedback, goal contracts, and development plans, while aligning them with available technologies and organizational culture, aiming to motivate, qualify, and guide them toward achieving company goals; Be responsible for people management decisions regarding time tracking, hiring, dismissals, vacations, overtime, and promotions, interacting with the People and Culture team in implementing policies; Disseminate the company's mission, vision, values, and work philosophy through communication and engagement of leaders and teams, emphasizing discipline, respect for hierarchy, ethics, and professionalism, ensuring alignment with current guidelines. Contribute to preparing managerial reports, ensuring availability of financial information and updates on work progress and achieved results, supporting adequate decision-making analysis; Pursue achievement of area goals by monitoring results and implementing action plans for corrections and revisions to improve processes and outcomes. Contribute to developing the annual operating budget for your area, as well as monitoring and controlling expenditures, promptly recommending corrective measures for deviations; Comply and enforce compliance with legislation and regulations applicable to the area of responsibility and activities under supervision, requirements of quality and compliance management systems, as well as health, hygiene, occupational safety standards, and use of PPEs/PPCs (Personal/Collective Protective Equipment), whenever required by the activity; Perform other duties inherent to the position or as assigned by superiors, provided they are within the scope of your qualifications and experience; Act in emergency situations such as gas leaks, gas outages, and related incidents, as coordinator, either making decisions in a crisis room or leading actions and coordination in the field, aiming to mitigate and eliminate risks. **Requirements and qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields). Postgraduate studies or specialization courses; Desirable: Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERPs used in the area; Experience in emergency response on natural gas networks and equipment, especially in crisis management, critical or tense situations such as leaks, explosion risks, material and personal damages; People and Process Management; Technical standards, Work Instructions; Knowledge of internal natural gas network configurations in residential homes, buildings, and commercial establishments; Knowledge of natural gas network configurations and basic operational analysis systems; Knowledge of projects and pressure regulation equipment; Knowledge of pipeline repair activities (PE welding, load lifting equipment, trench shoring). * **Availability to work onsite in Campinas.** **Additional information** **BENEFITS YOU WILL RECEIVE:** Taking care of health is essential, right?
