




Since 1999, Braga Soluções em TI has provided customized and effective services and products for clients of various sizes and industry segments **Responsibilities:** * Install, configure, update, and uninstall software and applications according to user needs and company policies; * Perform formatting and configuration of notebooks and desktops; * Ensure proper functioning of internet services, email providers, and platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace; * Create, modify, and manage user access and permissions in corporate systems and tools; * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on printers, hardware, and peripherals; * Carry out installation and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, monitors, routers, switches, and others; * Provide remote and on-site technical support to users, ensuring courteous, prompt, and efficient service; * Update and maintain the company's hardware and software inventory; * Diagnose and resolve network-related issues (wired and Wi-Fi), manageable switches, and email services. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education (in progress or completed) in Computer Science, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems; * Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 environment; * Understanding of TCP/IP networks, including configuration of switches, routers, and Wi-Fi access points; * Experience with remote support tools; * Basic knowledge in information security is desirable. **Benefits offered:** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Medical plan * Dental plan * Birthday day off * Gympass * Language school partnership * Microsoft certifications Job type: Full-time CLT
