A team that values work that matters to people and the planet Join us as an Operations and Distribution Analyst **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** Responsible for strategic and operational management of the Pallet Tower in Brazil, ensuring efficiency in pallet handling, control, and planning processes. This position ensures alignment with corporate goals, promotes operational excellence, and serves as a liaison between internal departments and external partners, with emphasis on process optimization, continuous improvement, and decision-making support. Because here, we don’t just hire for roles — we invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * + Annual Business Plan development + Monthly provision preparation + Managerial presentation of results + CHEP pallet programming for Distribution Centers and Factories x 3PM – Brazil level + Payment management + Conducting and facilitating training sessions + Registration of new customers for palletization + Pallet inventory management + Management and analysis of pallet KPIs: injection, return, scrap, dwell time, distribution channel, transfer, and collection + Weekly CHEP invoice reconciliations + Waste management + Leading continuous improvement projects (processes, root cause analysis, savings) + Reverse logistics management for pallets + Fiscal note reconciliation + Payment reconciliation + Preparation of root cause analysis reports **REQUIRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed undergraduate degree * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint analysis – mandatory * SAP knowledge * Interest in working with numerical analysis and performance indicators **PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Knowledge of automation tools (VBA, Power Automate, Python) * Knowledge of Power BI * Intermediate English At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.
