Your key responsibilities include: * Providing functional support via phone, ensuring clear, empathetic, and efficient service. * Clarifying customer questions and providing confident guidance to foster a positive experience. * Focusing on problem resolution and continuous improvement of service delivery. * Understanding the customer journey and directing customers according to their specific needs. * Acting as an intermediary for adjustment and correction requests with Product teams. * Promoting Thomson Reuters’ values and behaviors daily. * Staying consistently updated on offered solutions and current payroll legislation. **About You** For this role, we seek professionals with the following Skills & Experience: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in **Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration**, or related fields. *Candidates without a degree are also welcome—if selected through the hiring process, they will be hired as Technicians.* * Experience in Customer Service. * Ability to work effectively with goals and a results-oriented mindset. * Adaptability to structured processes and organized routines. * Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to collaborate in a team.
