**MAGNA Executive Search, in partnership with a multinational automotive company located in Vinhedo/SP, is seeking:** **COST ANALYST** *(On-site work model)* **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct cost analyses by product, work center, and production line. * Monitor cost variations, budget deviations, and operating margins. * Prior experience with cost allocation (NCCP). * Support Engineering, Production, and Commercial areas with cost and pricing information. * Participate in physical inventories, validation of standard costs, and periodic reviews. * Prepare management reports and dashboards to support leadership. **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields * Solid experience in industrial costing, pricing, and margin analysis. * Knowledge of cost accounting, cost centers, and cost allocations. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Analysis. * Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools (Power BI). * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controllership, Finance, or Business Management is desirable. * Familiarity with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) for navigation and data extraction is desirable. * Experience in reporting. * Advanced English proficiency for communication. * Availability to work fully on-site in Vinhedo/SP. * Experience in multinational companies within the automotive or manufacturing sectors will be considered an advantage.
