**Personnel Department Coordinator** **Job Summary** Professional responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all routines related to personnel administration within the group, ensuring compliance with labor, social security, and tax regulations. Strategically works with management in developing human resource policies and practices, guaranteeing legal compliance, operational efficiency, and a safe, organized work environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and coordinate personnel administration activities, interpreting new labor and social security laws and regulations; * Evaluate and implement computerized systems to improve processes and data records within the department; * Assist management in establishing human resources strategies and policies; * Manage hiring processes, employment contracts, internships, service providers, and trainee programs; * Supervise attendance records, overtime, absences, leaves, and vacations, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines; * Manage contract termination procedures and retirement follow\-ups; * Coordinate payroll processing for the group's stores and factories using the **Fortes** system; * Perform generation, analysis, calculations, and execution of labor and social security obligations (E\-Social, E\-CAC, DCTF Web, FGTS Digital, Empregador Web, Conectividade Social, DET, Emprega Brasil); * Conduct calculations for vacation and 13th salary provisions; * Analyze and monitor benefits such as transportation allowance and meal vouchers; * Manage and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) and ASO records; * Act on the company's organic security matters with **DELESP – Federal Police**; * Respond to inspections and audits from the Labor Public Prosecutor's Office, Regional Labor Office, and Federal Police; * Act as legal representative in labor hearings; * Monitor personnel indicators (absenteeism, benefit costs, turnover, etc.) and prepare management reports; * Manage the Personnel Department team, conducting performance evaluations and promoting professional development; * Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, union agreements, ethical and environmental standards, as well as employee data protection; * Guarantee legal compliance (labor "compliance") and information security; * Perform other duties inherent to the position and Personnel Department routines. **Desired Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields; * Advanced knowledge of labor and social security legislation; * Proficiency in payroll systems (Fortes) and government platforms (eSocial, DCTFWeb, FGTS Digital, Empregador Web, etc.); * Experience in team management and working within corporate groups (stores and factories); Employment type: Full\-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$5\.000,00 \- R$6\.000,00 per month Expected start date: 11/17/2025
