You will be responsible for providing technical support to the operations team, developing expertise in production processes, and promoting continuous improvement. Your mission will be to train, guide, and support the team in daily activities, ensuring compliance with standards for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and cost. **Responsibilities**: * Lead by example, promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring a safe and efficient workplace; * Ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards; * Reduce failures and optimize processes, promoting continuous improvement; * Support startup and validation of new equipment; * Coordinate receiving, storage, portioning, and dispatch activities; * Monitor performance indicators and propose corrective actions; * Conduct incident and non-conformance investigations; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental policies; * Maintain up-to-date operational procedures and documents. **Requirements**: * Experience leading in an industrial environment; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business Administration, or related fields; * Experience in the chemical, food, or pharmaceutical sectors; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new systems; * Ability to train and develop teams; * Experience working in a dynamic environment with focus on quality and safety; * Proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **About Corbion** Corbion is a sustainable ingredients company dedicated to preserving what matters—including food and its production, health, and the planet.
