The Level I Mechanical Assembler at Casale Equipamentos plays a vital role in the assembly, maintenance, and repair of agricultural and industrial equipment. This position includes additional rubber shop-related tasks, such as maintenance and replacement of rubber components on agricultural machinery. **Responsibilities and Duties*** **Agricultural Component Assembler:** Sort and control inventory of items and tools required to perform work. Inspect and sort parts to be assembled. Move parts to be assembled using manual hydraulic and electric traction pallet jacks. Assemble components, assemblies, and subassemblies using hand, pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic tools. Perform part adjustments when necessary for execution. Identify assembled assemblies with cards according to production scheduling (PCP). Store used parts. Identify and report defects in components, assemblies, and subassemblies. Conduct inventory counts of used parts when required. * **Assembly and Disassembly:** Assist in assembly and disassembly of agricultural and industrial equipment per instructions and supervision. * **Inspection and Diagnosis:** Assist in inspection and identification of mechanical issues, wear on parts, and rubber components under supervision. * **Basic Mechanical Repairs:** Assist in performing basic mechanical repairs on transmission, suspension, braking, steering, and other systems under supervision. * **Rubber Component Replacement:** Assist in maintenance and replacement of rubber components—such as tires, belts, hoses, and seals—on agricultural machinery under supervision. * **Wheel Alignment and Balancing:** Assist in wheel and other component alignment and balancing under supervision. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Assist in performing preventive maintenance on equipment following established instructions and procedures. * **Compliance with Safety Standards:** Strictly adhere to safety standards established by Casale Equipamentos, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring personal and coworkers’ safety. **Activity Documentation:** Assist in documenting performed activities—including inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and component replacements—under supervision. **Requirements and Qualifications*** **Education:** Completed high school. Technical training in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields is preferred. * **Experience:** Prior experience as a mechanical assembler, preferably in agricultural equipment manufacturing or similar industries. Experience in rubber shop activities is an advantage. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of industrial mechanics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and rubber shop techniques. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
