At Selbetti, you will work with a strategic client in Araraquara, ensuring stability and performance of the IT environment. We are a large, continuously growing technology company seeking someone who combines solid technical expertise with excellent user support. * Administer network devices and Windows 10 and 11 workstations. * Support the environment, ensuring high availability. * Diagnose and resolve Level 2 and Level 3 incidents. * Use monitoring tools and root cause analysis techniques. * Configure and support DNS, DHCP, NTP, and TCP/IP. * Assist in configuring firewall rules. * Provide consultative and technical support to end users. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Experience as a Mid-Level Infrastructure / Network Analyst. * Solid knowledge of network architecture and topologies. * Proficiency in Windows Desktop (Windows 10 and 11). * Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, NTP, TCP/IP, and perimeter security (Firewall). * Experience managing incidents and using diagnostic tools. * Excellent communication skills, empathy, and user-focused service orientation. * Availability for on-site work in Araraquara (SP). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Identity management in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD). * Administration of Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams). * Prior experience supporting strategic corporate clients.
